Architecture and mechanism of the RISC-loading complex (RLC) in RNA interference pathways

RLC is at the core of RNA interference pathways, responsible for generating siRNAs and miRNAs and loading them into RNA- induced silencing complex for gene-silencing effects. The structure of RLC and the mechanisms of RNA substrates processed by this complex are revealed using cryo-EM.
